A Youth Health and Wellness Event at the Park is a community-focused gathering designed to encourage young people and their families to build healthy habits in a fun, supportive outdoor environment. The event features a variety of interactive activities such as group fitness sessions, sports challenges, mindfulness and yoga workshops, and educational booths that provide information on nutrition, mental health, and overall wellness.
